What we collect
- Account data — when you sign in with WeAD SSO we receive your WeAD username and email to create your RetroGG session.
- Wallet address — you optionally link a payout wallet on your profile so tournament rewards (including WeAD-S soulbound tokens on Soneium) can be attributed to you.
- Linked identities — if you connect Telegram or Discord, we store those IDs to recognize your account across platforms.
- Gameplay data — scores, match results, tournament entries, and screenshots you submit for score verification.
- Technical data — session tokens (stored in your browser's localStorage), IP-based rate-limit counters, and standard server logs.
How we use it
- Run tournaments, leaderboards, and multiplayer matchmaking.
- Verify submitted scores (screenshots are reviewed, sometimes with automated OCR).
- Attribute and distribute tournament rewards.
- Keep the service secure (rate limiting, abuse prevention).
What we share
We do not sell your data. Public leaderboards display your username, scores, and — where applicable — your wallet address (wallet addresses are public on-chain by design). Tournament hosts see the payout list for their own events.
Third parties
- WeAD — provides single sign-on (wead.live).
- Soneium — soulbound reward tokens are minted on-chain; on-chain data is public and permanent.
- TURN relays — multiplayer streams traverse relay servers; no stream content is stored.
Retention & control
Session tokens expire automatically. You can clear local data anytime via your browser. To update your payout wallet, use your profile. To request account deletion, contact us via the Discord community.
Cookies & storage
RetroGG uses browser localStorage (not third-party tracking cookies) for sessions and preferences. There are no advertising trackers on this site.
